ABOUT US

From screen consumers to technology creators.

TechKids Foundation helps children in grades 5–9 move from passive technology consumption to hands-on creation through AI, robotics, 3D printing, entrepreneurship, and mentorship.

A proven model, coming home

We have demonstrated the model through hands-on workshops abroad — through our sister organization, Aytas Association, which runs robotics, 3D printing, and drone programs for children in Andhra Pradesh, India. We are now building the partnerships required to bring this creator-first model to underserved communities in the United States.

Our first U.S. Screen-to-Builder Lab cohorts launch as pilots: two cohorts, 32–48 students, one school or community partner, honest pre/post measurement, and a demo day in front of families and donors.

What we believe

“These children do not lack intelligence, imagination, or ambition. Too many lack access to the tools, mentors, and hands-on experiences that can turn those strengths into a future.”

  • Fear points at the problem, never at children or families.
  • Evidence-informed language on every public claim.
  • Education and opportunity — not medical treatment.
  • Digital agency, not just digital access.
